Exercise and Phsycial Activities

Day 8

Some people work out because they feel they should, or they want to trade in one body for a different body.  How many people love to work out and sweat, simply for the reason it feels so good?  I am one of the lucky people who likes to sweat.

I have studied "happiness".  There are many activities one can do produce "feel good" chemicals in your brain.  When your body releases these hormones, you naturally feel good.  Your body can create a natural buzz, or high.  Exercise is one of the activities to give yourself an emotional change.

Between loving to work out, and the insights that working out will help me to feel happy, I like to do something physical daily.  My life already allows me time to get to health club regularly.  Yet, I feel like I would like to tweek this.
I feel like I want to expand my love for physical activities.  I feel like I want to try new things.  It is so easy to do the typical routine.  I feel like I want to stretch myself (laughing, literally).

My desire is to be on the look out for new classes, or new activities that I can try.  I want to explore and try.  I have a feeling there are many physical activities that I would love, but I have not been aware or trying to find them.
