Specific Desires

Day 52

Yesterday when I posted my daily desires, I actually wrote a number of what I wanted to create yesterday.  I usually avoid writing such a specific desire.  I tend to write more general, like I want to receive dollars.  I have found I attract all of my written statements, so why not be specific?  I have some mixed thoughts on it, on one hand, I don't want to feel bad if it does not come true.  A specific dollar amount is an easy thing to measure, if it worked or not.  I don't want to feel let down or disappointed if I am not able to attract what I ask for.  On the other hand, if I am not specific, how does the Universe know what I am really wanting.  Attracting $50.00 is very different from attracting $2,000.00.

Yesterday I wrote I wanted to receive $2,000.00  I did not receive $2,000.00.  The interesting thing that did happen, is out of no where, I came up with this $2,000.00 idea.  At the time of the idea, I was not even thinking about that I had written it.  Later that evening, it hit me like a ton of bricks, I just created a $2,000.00 idea! wow, what a sync!

I think I am going to play with both specific and general desires.  They both feel good, and it will be fun to watch how it unfolds.
